S. Brunswick Islands S/C Service Awards

On June 4, 2026, the South Brunswick Islands Shrine Club conducted their monthly meeting.  Approximately 40 nobles, ladies and guests were in attendance for the social, dinner and the presentation of the 2026 Shriners International Service Awards.  Sudan 2^nd Ceremonial Master and Area Governor Lee Cannady opened the meeting and read the list of the 25 and 50-year recipients and the congratulatory letters from our Sudan Potentate, Illustrious Sir Jeffrey Taylor and Shriners International Imperial Potentate, Imperial Sir Brad T. Koehn.  Nobles Ricky G. Buffkin, Terry B. Robinson and James R. Thompkins were presented their certificates and pins. Illustrious Sir E.T. “Tom” Ferrell III, our 2025 Past Potentate made the presentations in the absence of our 2026 Potentate who was sick.

            Noble Allen D. Smith was unable to attend to receive his 25-year award and Noble’s Leamon W. Clemmons and Halford D. Mills were unable to attend to receive their 50-year awards.  All three will be presented their awards at a later date.
