Noble Jeff Taylor was born on May 16, 1961 in Portsmouth Va. to James and Frances Taylor.  After Jeff’s father retired from the U.S. Coast Guard in 1977 they moved to Wilmington, N.C. where he graduated from Hoggard High School in 1979 and went on to Cape Fear Community College.  In 1981, he earned a degree in heating and air conditioning.  Jeff is currently a Branch Operation Manager for Ferguson HVAC Division in Fayetteville, N.C.

Jeff began his Masonic journey in 1994.  He was raised to the sublimed degree of a Master Mason on August 16, 1994 at Fuquay Masonic Lodge 258 in Fuquay Varina, NC.  In 1999 he demitted from Fuquay  and join Roseboro Lodge 585, where he served as Master in 2006.  He has been serving as the lodge treasurer since 2007.  Noble Jeff crossed the Sudan Hot Sands in May 2006 at Carolina Beach. He joined Sampson County Shrine Club where he served as president in 2009 and held the position of secretary and treasurer for the club.  Jeff is a member of the Sudan Roadsters of Sampson County Shrine Club and served as Captain in 2011.  Jeff was appointed the Masonic Relation Director of Sudan in 2010 - 2012 and has served as Assistant Director of Sudan for the past five years.  He has enjoyed working with the Shrine Bowl of the Carolinas since 2006 and was appointed to the Board of Governors in 2012.  He is currently serving as secretary for the Shrine Bowl of the Carolinas Board of Governors.

In addition to his masonic and shrine commitment he has served his Roseboro community as a Cub Scout and Boy Scout Master and an officer of the local Future Farmers of America (FFA) Chapter of Lakewood High School. He is a member of Roseboro First Baptist Church in Roseboro.

Jeff is married to Colleen Taylor and they reside in Burgaw, NC. They have two children, Brian and Allison.  Jeff is very honored and humble to his appointment to Sudan Shriners Divan
