Motor Patrol Rally Ride

On April 26, 2025, our Sudan Motor Patrol conducted a “Rally Ride” with 35 bikers participating. The event was open to the public with the Motor Patrol. Registration started at 11:30am with kickstands up at 1:00pm for the trip to the Carteret County Speedway in Swansboro, NC off Highway 58 and a return to the shrine club. The nearly three hours included a couple laps around the racetrack and a return trip to Kinston. Upon their return they enjoyed a meal, live music entertainment provided by Lyman Creek Band, a 50/50 Raffle and needless to say, a day enjoyed by all! A special thanks from the Motor Patrol to the seven business sponsors in the Kinston area for their contributions and help with this fundraiser.  The photo’s above show the bikers at the racetrack and our Sudan Potentate, Illustrious Sir Tom Ferrell III working with the Lenior Shrine Club kitchen staff.
