Brunswick Co S/C AWards

     On August 14, 2026, the Brunswick County Shrine Club conducted their monthly meeting.  Of special note, there were over 60 nobles, their ladies and guests in attendance.  A great social and dinner was enjoyed by all.  2^nd Ceremonial Master Lee Cannady, was the moderator and read the congratulatory letters. Potentate Jeffrey Taylor then spoke and made the presentations.

     An unusual event followed when a father and son, Raymond C. Wilson and George C. Wilson III were each presented their 25-year certificates.  Noble Halford D. Mills was then presented his 50-year certificate.  Noble Mills reflected on a special event he was involved with in 1997 when PP Potentate Lloyd Tyndall was our Sudan Potentate.  The unit led the Shriners International parade in St Louis, Missouri with himself and PP Tyndall leading the unit through the streets on their Harley Davidson motorcycle. 

      A very memorable night with the big turnout and memories shared!  Congratulations to all!
