The Cart Caravan was created in 2002 and is based in Lenoir County.  The unit has 14 Yamaha Golf Carts, and have competed in SAAMC since its existence. The Unit rides in about 15 parades during the year, including every shrine parade ceremonial, St. Johns Day and SASA parades.  They also represented Sudan at 2005 Imperial Session in Baltimore, MD.
