Noble Ronnie Lee Blount was born December 13, 1978 in Fayetteville NC.  He graduated from Southview High School in Hope Mills, NC. Ronnie is President of CATV, LLC and has completed the National Training School for Certified Alarm Technician level 1 and 2 and access control. Noble Ronnie has a North Carolina low voltage electrical license and Alarm license. He is married to Jocelyn Blount and they reside in Hope Mills.  They have two children, Marianna and Calvin.  

     Noble Ronnie was raised to the sublimed degree of a Master Mason on May 30, 2005 at Raeford Lodge #306 in Raeford, NC. He crossed the Sudan Hot Sands in November 2005 in Kinston, NC. for Sudan.   He is a member of Hope Mills Shrine Club and the Sudan Mobile Fez unit and has served as a member of the Board of Trustees for Sudan.  Noble Ronnie is an honorary member of Hejaz, Omar, and Jamil Shriners and an Associate member of Amran Shriners.  He has served the Shrine Bowl of the Carolinas in the following positions:  President, Vice President, Chairman of the Board, and Vice Game Day Chairman and is currently serving as Game Chairman as well as an Emeritus member of the Board of Directors. Ronnie was inducted into the Shrine Bowl of the Carolinas Hall of Fame in 2017.   He has been appointed to the Imperial Sports Committee by three different Imperial Potentates and was named to the East-West Shrine game staff in 2018.  Noble Ronnie has a tremendous love for high school football and is a Member and Certified Official for the NC High School Athletic Association, the NCAA as well as the AAL (American Arena League). His hard work and dedication led to being selected to officiate the Shrine Bowl of the Carolinas game in 2017.

       Noble Ronnie stated he is indeed honored to be appointed as the Outer Guard for Sudan Shriners.  He promises to work hard for Sudan Shriners and the Shriners Hospitals for Children.
